Anne Arundel County contracted EQR to construct over 6,500 LF of stream restoration and floodplain wetlands, installation of wood and stone in-stream structures, demolition/removal of pavement and culverts, installation of (17) pre-fabricated concrete boardwalk and associated abutments, piers and footings at stream crossings, installation of new culverts and pipes, seeding, sodding, installation of plants, floodplain grading, and installation and maintenance of sediment & erosion control measures during construction.

EQR began the project  in December 2019 and got substantial completion in September 2020.
