EQR's Project Management Department is hiring a Project Manager(s) to oversee projects in our Environmental Construction Department. This fast-paced position requires a detail oriented, thorough, and organized project manager to manage the construction process. This position is responsible for the contract management and successful implementation of multiple projects from notice of award to project closeout.

Our Operations team is looking for a competent Construction Superintendent to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites, while working with the crew to complete daily tasks either in Maryland, DC and/or Northern, VA and their surrounding areas. This position is salaried and offers the opportunity to showcase leadership and skills in the construction industry.
